On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of this prestigious association, the legendary Quai d’Orsay opened its doors. This exceptional event was held under the high patronage of the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron. The evening thus marked a historic moment for the Disciples of Escoffier. A majestic setting for a celebration worthy of the ambitions and values carried by Auguste Escoffier since 1954.

It was with immense honor that Monblanc had the opportunity to elevate this unique evening. As the selected caterer entrusted with orchestrating the dinner, our team dedicated all its savoir-faire to the event. Each dish was designed to celebrate the gastronomic heritage of the Disciples of Escoffier while showcasing today’s flavors and talents.

A Unique Collaboration with 20 chef-disciples

At the heart of the evening lay a remarkable challenge: honoring the creations of 20 Disciples of Escoffier chefs from all around the world. Monblanc rose to this challenge with passion, bringing its expertise to the staging and presentation of the dishes. A true ode to global culinary diversity, embodying the commitment of the Disciples of Escoffier to promote gastronomy in all its nuances.

As Nicolas Salle, President of Disciples of Escoffier International, emphasized, these 70 years represent far more than just an anniversary:
