Cité du Vin Gala Dinner: the 9th edition celebrates sensory harmonies
On 30 January 2025, the Cité du Vin hosted the 9th edition of the Cité du Vin Gala Dinner, an unmissable event dedicated to patrons and enthusiasts of gastronomy and fine wines. An evening where fine dining, fine wines and music came together to offer an unforgettable experience to the nearly 320 guests in attendance.

To enhance this event, Bertrand Noeureuil, executive chef at L’Observatoire du Gabriel ⭐ in Bordeaux, named ‘Grand de Demain Nouvelle-Aquitaine’ by the Gault & Millau guide, created the dinner menu. His refined and creative cuisine delighted guests, showcasing exceptional products in a meticulously crafted gastronomic setting.
Each dish, created jointly by the teams at Monblanc and Le Gabriel, was enhanced by a selection of nine fine wines provided by prestigious estates. Each vintage was reviewed by Pierre Arditi, a great lover of wine and culture, who believes that food and wine pairings invite a dialogue between our senses.
A captivating atmosphere created by Thibault Cauvin
The Bordeaux-based guitarist Thibault Cauvin enhanced the evening with an exceptional musical performance. His talent and sensitivity perfectly resonated with the theme of Sensory Harmonies.
