A key player in haute cuisine in Nouvelle Aquitaine, Monblanc Traiteur, a preferred partner of many Michelin-starred chefs and big names in French gastronomy, creates tailor-made events for its clients, ranging from intimate cocktail parties to gala dinners.
As part of its expansion, Maison Monblanc, an iconic event caterer in the Bordeaux region, is recruiting additional pastry chefs to work in our laboratory in Saint Jean d’Illac and/or on a contract basis.
Required profile: pastry chef, experience in the event catering sector is a plus.
