At Monblanc, excellence is cultivated both in the plate and in our values. We are committed to putting our expertise to work for worthy causes. It was in this spirit that we had the privilege of participating in an exceptional charity event organised in aid of the Les Liens du Cœur association.

This association works every day to improve the daily lives of children with heart conditions who are hospitalised at Bordeaux University Hospital. An admirable commitment that we were proud to support. Our teams had the honour of putting their talents to work for the “Instant Pessac-Léognan by Les Liens du Cœur” gala evening, volunteering their services for this worthy cause at the prestigious Château Smith Haut Lafitte. This charity event brought together partners, sponsors and volunteers around a common goal: to make hearts beat a little faster.

Throughout the day, our team worked hard to provide a comprehensive service: a gala menu created in collaboration with Nicolas Masse, chef at La Grand’Vigne Restaurant ⭐️⭐️, smiles and kindness, attentive service and committed cuisine. A moment of sharing and emotion that reminds us why we do this job. Because behind every plate, there is a desire to create connections, to share the moment and to anchor it in our memories.
