Four days of excellence by Monblanc

In early September, the Monblanc teams had the pleasure of accompanying a prestigious Australian wine company and its guests from around the world for a series of events celebrating French culture, gastronomy and expertise.

During four intense and exciting days, our teams worked hard to devise and execute a variety of services: brunches, lunches, gala dinners and cocktail parties took place in exceptional settings, between Château Lanessan, the jewel of the Médoc, and the CAPC – Bordeaux Museum of Contemporary Art, transformed for the occasion into a spectacular dining room.

The art of French hospitality

From day one, guests were welcomed at Château Lanessan for an elegant and convivial brunch, followed by a sit-down dinner celebrating the subtle combinations of refined dishes and exceptional wines. The following days alternated between gourmet breaks, lunches and tastings, in an atmosphere that was both professional and warm.

Every moment has been designed to embody the French art of hospitality: smooth and attentive service, seasonal dishes enhanced by our team in collaboration with our client’s team, and elegant staging by Monblanc.

An unforgettable gala dinner at the CAPC

The highlight of this exceptional week was the gala dinner at the CAPC, held in the majestic setting of Bordeaux’s contemporary art museum. Beneath the venue’s monumental vaults, guests enjoyed an immersive experience combining fine dining, culture and emotion.

Behind the scenes, our kitchen and service teams worked with precision and coordination, transforming each delivery into a meticulously choreographed performance.
The client’s demanding requirements, the technical constraints of the venue and the fast pace of the week put everyone’s responsiveness and rigour to the test. It was a challenge that was met with flying colours thanks to meticulous preparation and a true team spirit.
