Promoting the professions of a Caterer and Event Organiser: a mission dear to Monblanc
At Monblanc Traiteur, passing on knowledge is part of our DNA. On Monday 7 July, our laboratory in Saint-Jean-d’Illac hosted an inspiring initiative, co-organised with France Travail and the Jalle Eau Bourde Community of Communes, aimed at promoting careers in cooking and building bridges between motivated candidates and committed professionals.

The afternoon brought together candidates seeking careers, recruiters from the sector, restaurant partners, and our Monblanc teams, who worked hard to make this event useful, practical, and inspiring.
