Les Grandes Toques d’Exp’Hôtel 2025: three days of haute cuisine with Monblanc Traiteur
From 23 to 25 November 2025, the Bordeaux Exhibition Centre will host a new edition of Exp’Hôtel, the unmissable event for professionals in the catering, hotel and food service industries.
As every year, Monblanc Traiteur has the honour of orchestrating the pop-up restaurant Les Grandes Toques, a unique gastronomic space where renowned chefs, young talents and Monblanc teams combine their expertise.
For three days, visitors will be able to enjoy a rare experience:
– a gourmet lunch created each day by a trio of chefs,
– a bustling open kitchen,
– and the high standards of service that have characterised Maison Monblanc since 1946.
A highly anticipated event that has become a veritable ritual for food lovers and professionals seeking inspiration alike.

Les Grandes Toques restaurant is a place of total immersion:
dishes are created before guests’ eyes, every movement is masterful, every detail tells a story, and each menu pays homage to the region’s culinary creativity.
It is also the result of a rare collaboration in the events industry:
Guest chefs, students from the Ferrandi hotel school and Monblanc teams cook together, sharing techniques, knowledge and passion in a stimulating and friendly atmosphere.
